TACKMARKET EUROPE - REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returning products and requesting refunds when using TackMarket Europe.
1. General Right of Return and Refund
Under EU Consumer Protection Law, buyers generally have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the product. The buyer is entitled to a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery.
However, there are exceptions for certain products, which are detailed below.
2. Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products are excluded from the 14-day cooling-off period, including:
- Used Items: Products that are used, worn, or otherwise have signs of wear (i.e., products that are not in "new with tags" condition) are excluded from the 14-day return period. These items will be considered used and are not eligible for return under the cooling-off period.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Products that are personalized or customized for the buyer’s specifications are excluded from the return period.
- Health and Hygiene Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as equestrian helmets or riding gear that come into contact with skin may not be eligible for return if opened or used.
- Sealed Products: Products that come with a seal (e.g., packaging that includes a security seal) and that seal has been broken are excluded from the return window.
3. Process for Returning Products
To return an item, the buyer must:
- Notify TackMarket Europe or the seller within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear documentation, including photos of the product, any relevant tracking information, and other details required for the return.
- If the return is accepted, the item must be returned to the seller within 14 days of initiating the return request.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case TackMarket Europe may cover the cost.
4. Full Refunds
If a return is accepted, the buyer will receive a full refund for the price of the item, including standard delivery charges. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is found to be faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method or as credits to their TackMarket Europe wallet.
5. Seller’s Responsibility
Sellers must ensure that all items listed are accurately described, including their condition (new, used, or pre-owned). Sellers must also ship products with insurance and tracking to protect against loss or damage during transit.
6. Exceptions
Some products are excluded from the 14-day cooling-off period as outlined above. These exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
